“I love to sew and it doesn’t matter what it is, everything from garments to home dec. to heirloom, as long as it has cats or embroidery on it!! I haven’t done any full size quilts but have done several small ones and lots of wall hangings. The highlight of 2008 for me was attending the Martha Pullen sewing event in Arlington, Texas. I entered their contest and won First Place in Machine Embroidery and Best in Show with a wool jacket that I made and embroidered. I returned in 2009 and won First Place in Machine Embroidery a second year with another jacket. In 2010 I was invited to sell my embroidery designs in the Ghee’s booth at the Puyallup Sewing Expo. It was a fabulous experience and I met many wonderful people.”
