Raspberry/Cream Streusel Squares

Crust:
1 ½ sticks butter, melted
2 ½ c flour
¾ c powdered sugar

Filling:
12 oz. Jar seedless raspberry jam
¼ c flour

Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c powdered sugar
¼ c. nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350°. 

Combine crust ingredients with pastry blender. Reserve ¼ c for topping.  Press remaining mixture evenly onto 12” round pizza or stoneware pan. 

Combine filling ingredients until smooth and spread over crust.

Microwave cream cheese 30 seconds, add powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.  Drop by spoons full, each about an inch apart over filling.

Combine chopped nuts and reserved crust mixture and sprinkle evenly over top.

Bake for 30-35 min.  Cool completely before cutting.
