Adult Beginning Sewing - Janet Inda
This 3-session class will take you from start to finish. You will learn terminology, how to read and pin a pattern, what those funny little marks are, and why they are important. Your finished project will made especially for you.

Bobbinwork/ Sashiko- Kathie Dziurda
Have you ever wanted to use a special thread in your machine, but it was too heavy for a needle?  Come learn the technique of bobbinwork.  We will learn to adjust the bobbin case tension to accommodate heavy threads and use both free motion and preprogrammed stitches to create wonderful and unusual effects. Bobbinwork can easily be translated into Sashiko work by changing the fabric to indigo and the thread color to white.  Extra bobbin case is recommended but not required.  Supply list at the store.  Cost: $35.00

Are you using your embroidery machine to its full potential? Join us each month to expand your creativity and learn a new and different technique with your own embroidery machine. Kaleidoscope of Kolor - Block of the Month - Jackie Joy
This on-going class started in June and is a  year long project. This stunning quilt, available in two color ways, will be a joy to piece in our monthly program. Presented by The Quilt Connection, the quilt features Shadow Play Fabrics by Maywood Studio. This is an on going quilt club with a new block issued each month. Pacing yourself is a great way to see progress and learn a new block every month.  Watch for next years BOM to be announced.

Personals One-On-One - Janet Inda
If you are having problems with a pattern, need help overcoming a problem with your serger, etc., book a 1 ½ hr personal class to get the attention and help you need. Get over that hurdle so you can get back to enjoying sewing again! If these scheduled times don't work for you, please let us know and we will try to work out a different schedule for you. Come sit & learn with me.  Cost: Each class is $45.00

Quilt As You Go Lap Quilt - Janet Inda
The center of the quilt will by assembled and quilted before the sides are pieced on and quilted. We will be making a lap quilt but this technique can be applied to a larger quilt using the same method. The sample will be made using a panel for the center, but you can build a center panel if you prefer.  Cost $30.00

Serged Poinsettia Table Topper - Janet Inda
This is a SERGER PROJECT. It uses only one pattern piece for the petals and a center circle in the middle. It can be made in poinsettia’s or in any other print you would like. Decorative threads are a must for this project.

Stack-n-Whack Quilt (part 2)- Jackie Joy
Stack-n-Whack quilts can be amusing or elegant, but they are always fun to make! Join Jackie Joy in a three-part class learning Bethany Reynold's technique of making a “Magic Stack-n-Whack” quilt. If you can use a rotary cutter and ruler, thread your machine and sew a quarter inch seam, you can make a Stack-n-Whack. Flexible third class date to be selected by students.
