Kids Intermediate Sewing  #2– Nancy Stevens
Kids Sewing #2 will be a continuation of sewing #1. We will make a pillow case for your bed pillow and maybe if there’s time some more fun stuff also.

Serger Binding - Diane Boone
Finish up your Serger Quilt with a simple binding technique done with a sewing machine. Bring your machine, fabric, rotary cutter, mat  & ruler.  Quilt completion is in sight!

Mystery Quilt - Margie Smith
Be daring, making your next quilt, sight unseen.  You will be given fabric requirements, preliminary cutting and sewing steps.  But you won’t know the pattern or the final appearance until you are finished.  I know you will like it but you just won’t know what you are making until the final step. “Mystery Snack” will be provided in class, and what could be more fun than sewing and eating with friends.

Easter Wreath - Kathie Dziurda
Pretty in Pink….blue, yellow, this ruffled creation will enhance your Easter Decorations.  Made in other seasonal fabrics, these wreaths can be used year around. Quick and simple to make.  This will NOT be a UFO.  Hands on, supply list at the store.

X-BLOCKS - Margie Smith
With the X-BLOCKS™ Rotary Cutting Tool, you can create dozens of spectacular designs that look complex but are incredibly quick and easy!  They can be created from strips or easy-to-piece blocks and the fabulous borders are created as you make your X-BLOCKS™, so there is virtually no waste!  There are many, many X-BLOCK patterns.  You can be bold, daring, and creative.  The X-BLOCK patterns are fun and more on the simple side, lending endless patterns to create on your own. Magic with Margie – Margie Smith
Margie works Magic, and on Mondays!  Since you have had one of her inspirational classes by now, either X-BLOCKS or Mystery Quilt, she is offering you special project support.  She will give you open-sew-support at the times listed on the calendar, for you to complete these class projects only.  This is not an instructor lead class, just an opportunity to come in and complete her class offerings and ask any questions you need, free of charge.  Support is what Sew-n-Such is about.  We are your “Creative Sewing Community!”
Cost: Free if attended X-BLOCKS or Mystery Quilt!

One 3hour class is all you need to go home with a finished hand bag.  2 sippers, a snap and a little fabric and you can have a bag for every occasion. Fast and fun.

Arms Length Insul-Brite Pot Holders - Susie Simpson
Take your favorite fabrics and make these great potholders for yourself or as gifts.  Use holiday fabrics, fabrics to coordinate with your kitchen décor or your favorite whimsical fabrics.

Pillow Of the Month - Rosalie Pelham
The first month we will construct a throw pillow with piping, no zipper and no floppy corners. Each following month we will make a wrap to go on it for holidays or seasons. Padded and shadow appliqué, cutwork, and couching are just the start. Other techniques will be added by student request. 3rd Saturday of each month.  Series enrollment required, four classes total.

Blanket Tote - Diane Boone   
Make this versatile tote that unzips to become a picnic blanket, table cloth, play quilt…whatever you need. It’s constructed using pre-quilted fabric and several zippers that are sewn on top in an amazingly simple technique. You may want to make coordinating  napkins to complete this fun project.  Supply list available upon registration. Sewing machine required.
